New Brunswick Village will be a vibrant urban neighborhood with dining and shopping centered around a common green called the Esplanade. It will be a booming hub of diverse dining, boutiques, specialty stores and services, residential townhomes and apartments, setting a new bar for commercial centres in Spanish Town and introducing a true mixed-use concept to Jamaica.
