- Responsible for a rapidly growing pipeline of multifamily development projects totaling +2,000 units in CA

CenterCal Properties, Executive Vice President, Development, Los Angeles, CA   2017-2021
Full Circle Development Process, Business Strategy and Management:
- Led a pipeline of mixed-use projects totaling 1,755 units, 520,000 SF of retail, $1.36B in CA & Pacific NW
- Projects range in size from +/-$100-$600MM; largest programmatic JV partner with CalSTRS
- Assisted with company restructuring, staffing and business planning allowing for a move from a centralized structure to 3 regional offices
- Responsible for rebuilding org structure/talent, investment committee and development processes to include multifamily development within an established retail company

Miller-Valentine Group, Vice President Multifamily Development, Charlotte, NC   2014 – 2017
- Built and managed a team which produced a $305MM project pipeline resulting in: (8) new market rate (luxury) multifamily development opportunities or 1,854 units, (4) construction starts $137 MM, rezoning and entitlements for 1,398 units, (1) asset sale, and (3) land sales in NC, SC, OH and KY
- 2016 production pushed the company into NMHC’s Top 20 Developers for the first time
- Joined Miller-Valentine to build and lead the luxury multifamily development business (inactive since 2007)
- Sourced sites, managed predevelopment pursuits from acquisition and entitlements through construction completion, managed debt/equity, broker and consultant relationships, completed all financial underwriting
- Rebuilt all processes for underwriting, investment committee/debt/equity pitches, and execution

- Managed a $168,000,000 pipeline of active and pre-development projects in NC, SC, TN and VA (1,345 units)
